Description
“What happens at the table, stays at the table” is a group project about dining etiquette and table manners. The publication is a continuation of a dinner performance that was previously held - an event with which we aimed to make the participants experience something unordinary, while going out of their comfort zone.
The goal of the project was to reflect on the event, that we had already organized, through the creation of a publication.
We, as a collective, aimed not only to transform our performance into a portable box with instructions, but also to express our thoughts on the world of graphic design and performance arts and to create a melting point between them.
The base of our publication is the tablecloth, which contains information about our collective as well as essays on the history of dining etiquette, on the social pressure to perform.
